My Church Management is fully compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation, protecting individuals registering and or using our services. Registrants personal data is protected from point of collection and apply specifically only for your reason for providing your data.  We take reasonable steps to protect your data in a secured manner and to this effect we use SSL to protect your data. We do not share data with any third party and all data stored are protected and managed by Outsource Professional Directors (OPD).

Your personal data would be held for as long as in line with stipulated regulatory, required to fulfil contractual requirements, for your reason of registering with us, to provide statistics to our company, and only for period of 5 years and thereafter be discarded.

 

Upon request we shall make available to you data we hold as part of our transparency consideration. We would not add to or enhance your personal data for any other reason including selling your data to advertisers.

Personal data we collect and holds but not necessarily on the same form include:

  • Data of Birth

  • Telephone

    • Door number

    • Building name (if applicable)

    • Postal/ Zip code

  • National Insurance Number (if payroll processing is applicable)

  • Personal Identification (if anti-money laundering is required by law)

We do not use personal data to profile you on usage of our services and we not use your location for any automated processing. The scope of consideration for data collection in regard to Personal Data shall be for what is deemed adequate, relevant, kept up to date, fit for purpose, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes.
