Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets the standard expected of us as an entity. It outlines the behaviours and attitudes that our clients should rightly expect as it seeks to build on trust and our goodwill. We have set for ourselves high levels of standards and values regarding how our members conduct themselves in performance.

Our Church Consulting, Training and Outsource Services Code of Conduct requires all employees, contractors, and consultants to conduct themselves with the highest integrity and professionalism. We expect all individuals to adhere to the highest ethical standards, respect the rights of others, and maintain a safe and respectful work environment. We also expect individuals to be honest and forthright in their dealings with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. The Code of Conduct applies to all activities conducted on behalf of the company, regardless of where they occur. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination.
