Modern Slavery Statement
Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) are specialists in our respective disciplines and businesses continually entrust their human resource capital and payroll management to us as partners. Regardless of size and location, we treat every organisation as unique entity with equal opportunity to make positive difference and we continually propose insightful and renovation solutions. My Church Management as experts would continually strive to take as much burden away from our clients to enable them focus on their business core values and opportunities.
We do not separate process from social responsibilities, human rights abuse, equal opportunities for all without any criteria and harmful environmental factors. Outsource Professional Directors deem it a core responsibility to invest in our communities. We would not ignore abuse of any form, type, or kind as we would always defend and speak for all those disadvantaged especially by circumstances beyond their control whenever it is possible to so. Outsource Professional Directors deem it appropriate to terminate all activities with any client involved any form of modern slavery especially whereby child slavery, child labour, exploitation of women and forced labour.
Our considered approach and mission are consistent with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and our Ethics statement also reflects this part of our business principles. We are compliant with UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and its transparency of services within supply chain (provision of 54) which also include bonded and imposed/involuntary labour.
Regardless of geographical placement globally we would not compromise our code of conduct, ethics, and modern slavery statements. Our code of conduct, ethics and modern slavery statements would form part of mission and terms of agreement hence adherence to these principles is implied on all clients. We would seek signed and binding assurance from clients that they are not involve and do not intend to be involved practices that are at odds with our code of conduct, ethics, and modern slavery statements.
Whilst every client has its own principles and core values, we cannot ignore our values and principles if maintaining commitment to a client would lead us to conform to practices or be linked to modern slavery activities. We hereby state that no agreement signed with a client would be deemed appropriate directly or indirectly as substitute to complying with either UK Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and together with United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
