My Church Management (MCM) is a division of Outsource Professional Directors (OPD), a specialized and dedicated provider of accountancy and IT solutions for churches worldwide. We understand that not every church is able to register with their national regulator or implement necessary IT solutions for communication and operational processes. Our Team
The MCM team consists of dedicated Christian accountants and consultants who bring years of experience and professional qualifications. Led by Vincent Santeng, an experienced banker, consultant, IT and risk management expert, tax specialist, and accountant, our team is equipped to address the unique challenges faced by each church. We provide tailored solutions to help churches overcome future obstacles and are known for creating effective teams within church organizations. Our training programs empower church members with the skills needed to enhance operations and seize opportunities in the modern world. Additionally, as a seasoned Christian leader, Vincent Santeng periodically provides training to church leaders, pastors, evangelists, and ministers of the Gospel.
Vincent Santeng's Experience
Vincent Santeng's extensive experience spans teaching, training, brokerage and sales, investment strategies, financial analysis, software development, bookkeeping, risk management, financial planning, tax consultancy, and strategy management as a consultant. He has trained accountants globally and implemented financial solutions for banks.
During his 15-year tenure in London City, Vincent Santeng held senior positions in firms specializing in financial software development, financial market management, brokerage, consultancy, retail and commercial banking, and investment banking. His roles included account manager, project manager, financial analyst, risk and compliance specialist, head of financial product development, and portfolio management strategist.
Vincent Santeng holds multiple qualifications, including ACCA Fellow and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He has created various global online IT solutions for organizations, including PMCT Accountants & Consultants, AFSS software development, GES Money Transfers, online accountancy software solutions, payroll management outsourcing, bookkeeping and account management outsourcing, training programs for managers and owners, church management outsourcing services, and charity management outsourcing services.

We maintain a centralised and secure online database to store all relevant church data. Through your account, you can easily access and manage your information, including the ability to email, download, and print reports.
For example, church members have the convenience of accessing their individual contribution records and printing contribution certificates for personal use, such as filing personal tax returns.
